FIND OUT HOW STRENGTHS BASED SOLUTIONS CAN TRANSFORM OUR YOUTH.

Empowering and engaging students starts with helping them discover and develop what they naturally do best. Our Gallup CliftonStrengths based solutions work towards parents and teachers identifying and cultivating their children's innate talents to help them achieve their full potential.

Strengths based Students

Excellence in all subjects is what many schools and parents expect from children, and unfortunately sometimes we tend to focus too much on things that our children don’t do as well as others. This in turn sometimes creates a negative impact on children and they begin to question their ability.
Research has shown that the approach to ensuring that our children thrive is by identifying and cultivating their innate talents and positive states. Focusing on their strengths rather than their weaknesses can build their confidence, resilience, competence, coping abilities and self-worth.
Using the Clifton Youth StrengthsExplorer® assessment (for ages 10-14) or the CliftonStrengths® profiling tool (ages 15 and above), you can get a picture of your child’s dominant talent themes: what makes them tick, what they love to do, and what are the raw talents in your child that you can help to nurture and grow.
CliftonStrengths® for Students will help students going to college discover and develop their strengths, which they can apply in college and in the real world. When they do more of what they do best, they can build their lives around their areas of greatness.

Strengths based Parents

As parents, the way we see our children has a huge impact on how they see themselves. Our perception of our children not only impacts the parent-child relationship, but also influences how well our children grow up and whether they experience success later on in their lives.
Gallup research has shown that kids thrive, learn and grow better when they direct their energy toward what they can do, rather than spending all their time trying to fix what they’re not good at.
Strengths-based parenting is also helpful during challenging times especially when children are experiencing problems.
Becoming a strengths-based parent is about identifying and using your children’s innate strengths along with your own strengths as a parent, which not only benefits your children but also improves the life satisfaction and confidence of parents themselves.
